This is a Creative Labs Dxr3 decoder card, model number CT7240 designed for for personal computers, it was removed from a working unit in the mid 2000s and has remained in storage ever since.
The DynamicXtended Resolution, or Dxr3, decoder card allows you to playback MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and DVD Video playback at a resolution as high as 1600x1200 pixels at a refresh rate of 85 Hz and a frame rate of 30 frames per second.

It is in good condition without any obvious signs of use, it is priced at £15, the price includes delivery within the UK. I can send to Europe and the USA, but please ask for a quote first as this could be quite a high sum.
