For business presentation with graphs and figures the most distant audience ought to be no farther from the screen than 8 times the height of the projected image.

This distance can be extended to up to 14 times the height, if the text is above minimum size, or if the presentation is entirely pictorial, especially where the content is primarily for entertainment.
