The following examples are real client invoices; to
protect confidentiality some details have been removed, but otherwise they

Example 1 - One day Conference for 200 delegates:
Featuring a standard conference set with projection, lighting, special effects & p.a. system.
A second p.a. system was supplied for the refreshments area to make
announcements, etc.

Example 2 - One day Conference for 150 delegates:
Very similar to example 1 but with a more economical screen & drapes set.

Example 3 - One day Seminar for 50 delegates:
We supplied the p.a. system, plus a few small additional items, but
utilised the client's projector and screen to keep costs down. Cost
- £444.15 inc. VAT

Example 4 - Evening Cocktail Party for 100 guests:
We provided 3 hours of background music and the facility to make
speeches from a lectern. Cost - £326.65 inc. VAT

Example 5 - Awards for 200 invitees:
At this charity event we kept costs to a minimum by using a small
amount of our equipment to enhance the house p.a. system. We also had
to design an innovative projection and back drop solution to make the
most of an impossibly shallow stage area. Cost - £1632.08 inc. VAT

Example 6 - Video recording for webcast:
A seminar was recorded live with 2 cameras. Both the vision mixed output
and each individual camera was recorded, so that the client could use
the combination to save editing time or could alternatively re-edit
the original footage. We also provided a sound feed to the house p.a.
system. Cost - £1574.50 inc. VAT
